    Shipping

    We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. 

    Marblesoft offers $7.00 flat rate shipping on any order within the United States. US customers may expedite shipping via UPS or US mail at an additional charge.

    Overseas orders can be shipped via UPS or US mail at the normal rates. (Please note: selected shipping rates do not include custom and/or duty charges. These charges would be incurred by the customer. We have no way of knowing what these charges may or may not be. *Some countries have an exclusion for products that are used by a person(s) with special needs.

    When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

    Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

     

    Returns Policy

    Products may be returned within 30 days for exchange, credit or refund if they are in unmarked, like-new condition and in the original packaging. Marblesoft software is subject to a 10% restocking fee and third-party products are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Return shipping is paid by the customer and is owned by the customer until received by Marblesoft.
